Working with me 1:1

Holistic, Comprehensive Hormone Care

After closing my private practice earlier this year, I’ve decided to return to 1:1 care in a new way.

I’ll be seeing patients via telehealth through a Seattle-based clinic owned by my dear colleague, Dr. Lily Stokely, which specializes in chronic and complex illness. My focus will be women’s health and hormones, including perimenopause and menopause, menstrual concerns, fertility, postpartum health, and chronic vaginal and urinary concerns. I’ll also work with patients experiencing chronic digestive issues, EDS/hypermobility, fatigue, blood sugar and metabolic concerns, thyroid issues, and other complex or persistent health concerns.

After more than a decade in practice, I’ve come to believe that good hormone care begins with deeply listening to the person, their story, and what their body is communicating. Our hormones don’t exist in isolation; they’re influenced by digestion, nutrition, sleep, stress, nervous system regulation, and the larger context of our lives.

I always remind patients that they know their bodies best. My role is to bring clinical experience and perspective while helping patients understand what may be happening, explore their options, and make informed decisions about their care. I want patients to be active participants in the process, and to understand why we’re doing something rather than simply being handed a list of recommendations.

I believe the most meaningful care is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in the reality of a person’s life. We don’t have to change everything at once. Together, we can identify what matters most, make changes gradually, and adjust as we learn more.
